Domestic Returns

We offer free and convenient returns on all US orders.

International Returns

We reimburse return shipping costs on all international orders up to $30.

Our Return Policy

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of delivery. Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags and stickers still attached.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Kin Watches website.

We currently do not offer any exchanges. If you would like to return your current watch and get a new one, please reach out to us at support@kinwatches.com so we can help you right away.

Return Process & Timing

Please contact us at support@kinwatches.com to begin the return process.

For domestic returns, we will email you a prepaid return label. For international returns, the customer is responsible for arranging return shipping.

Once we receive your return and ensure that it complies with our return policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for the payment to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

When the refund is issued, it can take an additional 1-3 business days for the funds to be placed back into your account.

Warranty

All of our watches come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for 24 months after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don’t work, and it is our fault, we will either fix or replace your watch for you free of charge.

Please note that the warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.

If you have any questions or would like to submit a claim or service request, please contact us at support@kinwatches.com. We require proof of purchase for all warranty claims and service requests, so please hold on to your order confirmation email.
